Matthew 28:19 states
go forth / travel therefore and then uses an IMPERATIVE form of Matheeteuoo?
Should we translate this as make students or instruct all the nations ?
Lidell and Scott says it can mean either.
I would prefer instruct as the translation myself since verse 20 emphasizes this opening with didaskontes ...teaching them.
Convert by teaching the message but not forcibly ?
